About this notice

This notice explains how Dormie Accounting Co., LLC handles information provided through this marketing website or in an initial email inquiry. Accounting engagements and client records are handled under separate arrangements.

Information we receive

Our contact form requests your name, email address, business name, and an optional message. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive information through the website form.

Service providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs, to deliver their services and protect against abuse.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss potential services, and follow up on your request. Chuck handles inquiries for Dormie. No CRM integration is currently enabled. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Formspree processes and stores contact form submissions and forwards them to our inquiry mailbox. Google Workspace provides our business email. Cloudflare Pages is the selected hosting service for the public website; hosting may involve technical and security logs. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services and under their own applicable policies.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Provider practices are described in the Formspree Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Retention

For inquiries that do not become client engagements, we retain inquiry information for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete it from our Formspree account and email. We may retain information longer when needed to meet a legal obligation or address a dispute. Provider backups and technical logs may follow separate retention schedules.

If you become a client, records needed for the engagement follow a separate client retention policy.

Cookies and tracking

We do not add analytics, advertising cookies, marketing pixels, embedded social feeds, or scheduling embeds to this website. Our service providers may process technical information for delivery and security. If our website practices change, we will update this notice.

Security

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Please limit website inquiries to general business information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a legal dispute.

Your questions and requests
